Provider and Nature of the Service

JMV Indoor is a brand and service operated by JMV Technology Eirelli EPP, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 05.487.918/0001-20, headquartered at Rua Gesse Silva Ferreira, 60, Planalto, Divinópolis/MG, Brazil, ZIP 35.501-811 (“JMV”).

• JMV provides, as Software as a Service (SaaS), platforms and applications for managing and displaying indoor media (digital indoor TV) on physical screens.
• The services are intended for the B2B market (business to business) that wishes to use the technology in their own operations.
• Access to management features (playlists, video uploads, plan status, and support) is provided through a user account, via login and password.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JMV Indoor website, applications, or services, or by making a payment for one of our plans, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use our services.

Use of the Website and Applications

• The website is intended for sharing information, products, and services related to JMV Indoor; the applications are intended for managing the customer's indoor media.
• It is forbidden to use the website, applications, or services for unlawful, offensive, fraudulent purposes, or in ways that violate third-party rights.
• The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information when filling out forms, registering, or creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or block access from users who violate these Terms.

Application License

• JMV grants the user a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the JMV Indoor applications while the contracted plan is active and subject to these Terms.
• Reproduction, distribution, resale, reverse engineering, modification, or any use of the applications and platforms not in accordance with these Terms is prohibited.
• The applications are made available through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play; use is also subject to the terms of the respective stores.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, layouts, code, and other elements, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws, belonging to JMV Indoor or licensed third parties.

• Reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or commercial use of any content without prior and express authorization is prohibited.
• Improper use of the content may result in civil and criminal liability under current legislation.

Plans, Contracting, and Payment

• The services are offered in plans whose conditions, features, and prices are presented at the time of contracting. Service begins after payment confirmation.
• Plans may renew automatically for equal periods, unless otherwise stated within the timeframe applicable to the contracted plan.
• Invoices are sent by email; failure to locate an invoice does not waive payment. Non-payment may result in suspension of services, according to the plan's conditions.
• Additional or complementary services, when requested, become part of the contract and may be charged separately.

User Responsibilities and Displayed Content

The customer is solely responsible for the content (videos, images, and other media) uploaded and displayed on their screens through the JMV Indoor services, agreeing to:

• Hold all rights, licenses, and authorizations necessary for the displayed content, being solely liable for any infringement of copyright, image rights, or third-party rights.
• Not store or broadcast illegal, offensive, discriminatory content, content that incites violence, or that violates applicable law.
• Keep account information up to date and safeguard the confidentiality of access credentials.
• Pay on time the amounts due for the use of the services.

Support and Availability

• JMV makes every effort to provide the services efficiently and to offer technical support to the customer, including through support tickets opened in the applications.
• Support is provided Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and also by phone at 0800 037 4225.
• Any scheduled interruptions affecting operations will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Privacy and Data Protection

User privacy is a priority for JMV Indoor. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our policies.

Limitation of Liability

• The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for external content, policies, or practices.
• We make every effort to keep information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors, technical failures, or unavailability.
• Use of the website is the sole responsibility of the user.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Brazilian law. The courts of the district of JMV's headquarters — Divinópolis/MG, Brazil — are elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, waiving any other, however privileged.
