What Data We Collect

JMV Indoor Apps (iOS, Android, and Smart TV)

The JMV Indoor apps let you manage your indoor media programming: organize playlists, upload videos for display on your screens, track your plan status, and open support tickets. Regarding the apps:

• Data collected: name and email (to create and access your account), plus the content you upload and the information required to operate the service and provide support.
• Sharing: data collected by the apps is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
• Device permissions: the apps may request access to the network/Internet and device storage to upload videos and media, used solely for the described features.
• Data deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see “Account and Data Deletion”).

Information Security

We adopt appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of information.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account and Data Deletion

• Open the JMV Indoor app and go to User Settings.
• Select the delete account option and confirm the request.

Alternatively, you may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Once confirmed, your personal data will be erased, except for information that JMV Technology must retain due to legal or regulatory obligations.
